Some quests may become uncompletable due to missing items or NPC logic issues, causing game soft-locks.

Use Debug Menu mod from Nexus Mods, input "spawnitem quest [ITEM_ID]" to spawn missing quest items. Or use the green "quest items" button to spawn quest item bag.
Patch 1.05 will add official Debug Panel where players can use commands to restore quest items, revive NPCs, or set quest flags. Dev will collect common cases into a pinned post.
