Items (including quest items) may disappear from the game world after loading saves. This is currently the most critical issue, directly affecting game progression.

1. Keep multiple manual saves before/after important quests; 2. Avoid saving during combat or mid-dialogue; 3. Avoid quick-save spam; 4. Use Debug Menu Mod to spawn quest item bag
Dev team has tracked down and fixed this bug. Patch 1.05 will include completely reworked loading logic. Players can report missing items on Steam forums for official help to restore them.
